Tracie Quick, D.V.M . is a native of Sumter, South Carolina. She attended undergraduate and professional school at the University of Georgia, earning a bachelor of science in 1996 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. After veterinary school, she completed a one-year rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After completing her internship, she served as a Temporary Clinical Instructor in the USW Local Practice Service. She returned to South Carolina in late 2001 to accept a position with South Carolina Veterinary Emergency Care. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her pets..
Jeff G. Will, D.V.M. born in St. Louis, MO in 1959 and graduated Lindberg High School in 1977. His Bachelor of Science in chemistry was awarded to him in 1980 by University of Missouri and from the same university in 1984 he was granted his D.V.M. From there he became a senior partner at MacDonald Veterinary Hospital, Inc. in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Dr. Will became a part of the staff at South Carolina Veterinary Emergency Care in September 2001. He retained interest in MacDonald Veterinary Hospital until February 2003. Dr. Will was Hospital Director AAHA Member Hospital with MVH from 1984 Ð 2003, a member of the AVMA from 1984 Ð present, member of AAHA 1984 Ð present, member of CVMA 1984 Ð2001, member of SCVMA 2001 Ð present, and member of IVECC 2001 Ð present. He is licensed in South Carolina, Connecticut, and Missouri. His interests include reading American history and historical personalities in American history and politics and is actively involved in the local and national politic scene. Timothy J Smaha, D.V.M. graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in May, 2007. Timothy was born and raised in Birmingham, AL where his parents and siblings all currently reside. He began to pursue his career in veterinary medicine with an undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University prior to attending AUCVM. After receiving his D.V.M., Dr. Smaha practiced in a high volume 24-hour practice in Mobile, AL prior to joining the team at SCVEC in October 2007. Timothy currently lives in Columbia, SC with Mali, his rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback companion since freshman year of veterinary school. His interests within the field include Emergency Medicine, Ophthalmology, and Pharmacology.
Katie Ealey, D.V.M. received her degree from Oklahoma State University in May, 2002. She is a native of North Carolina and attended undergraduate school at Duke University prior to attending Oklahoma State. She currently resides in Hilton Head, SC where she was a sole practitioner in self-owned practice until late 2007. Upon selling her practice she decided to pursue a career in emergency medicine and joined the team at SCVEC in December 2007. She has 2 dogs Louie and Hefner.
